• site consultations, <br />• planning and design, <br />• bidding and contract management, <br />• installation oversight, <br />• grant fund acquisition and grant management, and <br />• post -construction monitoring. <br />Project types most often considered include: <br />• curb -cut rain gardens, <br />• lakeshore and riparian buffer plantings, <br />• lakeshore restoration, <br />• lakeshore and streambank stabilization, <br />• stormwater pond modification, <br />• ecosystem restoration, <br />• backyard habitat enhancement, and <br />• invasive species control (aquatic and terrestrial). <br />Design/plan services provided include: <br />• property level conservation plans and BMP designs, <br />• water appropriation conservation plans per MN DNR water <br />appropriation permit requirements, and <br />• conservation easement management plans per easement <br />requirements. <br />WMO Grant Search and Application — Several WMO's contract with ACD <br />to identify and pursue grant opportunities on their behalf to secure funds to <br />implement projects and programs they have identified as priorities. <br />RCWD Landowner Assistance (design and cost share) — RCWD contracts <br />with ACD to address landowner inquiries for conservation technical <br />assistance. If site conditions warrant, ACD staff will prepare a project design <br />and assist with project funding applications. <br />Project Profiles— For each project installation in which ACD <br />is an active partner, we prepare a project profile. Project ►) <br />profiles include images of the project site before and after, <br />benefits received, expenses incurred, and partners with corresponding <br />cash and in -kind contributions to the project.
