Sport courts and other impervious surfaces must meet the <br />minimum setbacks established for accessory buildings in Section 9.20.11 unless otherwise <br />specified by this code. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2. Every commercial fishing pond shall be enclosed by a fence or wall not <br />less than four (4) feet high to prevent uncontrolled access by small children. <br /> <br /> Subd. 3. Swimming Pools & Spas (also see Section 8.21). <br /> <br /> a.' Setback Requirements <br /> <br /> 1. Swimming pools and spas shall be setback a minimum of ten (I0) feet <br /> from all adjoining, lots. For comer lots, swimming pools and spas shall <br /> meet the required side yard setback for buildings in the applicable zoning <br /> district (Section 9.20.11 Subd. 4). <br /> <br /> (a) Swimming pools and spas may not extend closer to the front lot line of <br /> the parcel than the principal structure located on said parcel, except <br /> that on residential parcels of one (1) acre or more in size, a swimming <br /> pool or spa may be constructed closer to the front lot line than the <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br /> <br />
