g. The accessory building does not exceed the height of the principal <br /> building or twenty-two (22) feet, whichever is less. <br /> <br />On lots less than two (2) acres (87,120 square feet) in size, the accessory <br />building shall be located in the side or rear yard and shall not be located <br />nearer the front property line than the principal building on that lot, unless <br />a variance is obtained.
