[ hope that it is helpful. The memo on the pros and cons of council-manager <br />government is old, but it does still seem to raise some legitimate issues. Similarly, the <br />in lbrmation from the ICMA might be slightly biased, since the organization obviously advocates <br />this Form of government. However, the materials are just additional backgound information on <br />this matter. <br /> <br />[n addition, you will find salary survey information on how city administrators' salaries are <br />compared to that of city managers.
