CONSIDER REVISIONS TO 4.5.5 <br /> By: Jo Thieling, City Clerk <br /> <br />CASE <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />This item was on the agenda for discussion on January 20th. and deals with Council vacancies. <br />Language options were discussed and Attorney Goodrich stated the language could be removed, <br />there could be better, clearer language written, or the Commission and Attorney could <br />completely draft new language.
