Following each item is an
updatc.

1. Year End Letters: Staff e-mailed the Cities of Anoka and Ham Lake again following the
meeting of January 20, 2005, regarding a copy of their year-end letters/reports to the
Judge. To date, there has been no return response. Staff contacted Anoka City Clerk by
phone on Friday morning - so far, no return call. The offices of Ham Lake close at 11:00
on Friday, but staff left a message asking for a copy. of their letter. If the letters are
received prior to Thursday night, they will be brought with to the meeting.
2. They did, however, ask for more information
relating to what the Charter Commission would like included in the packet. Staff will
have one copy of the Council orientation book at the meeting on Thursday night. The
Commission ~nay wish to have more discussion on this item also - citing information
they would like made available.
4. SS 410: The Commission requested new copies of State Statute 410. Staff has asked
City Attorney Goodrich to make those available for Thursday night's meeting.
5. Three-Hole Punched Agendas: The Commission requested City staff three-hole punch
their agendas. Staff has made note of it and, hopefully; will remember to do so'!'

Commission Action:

Based upon discussion.

Reviewed by:

City Clerk

Charter: (}4/21/05

-87-
