• Councilmember Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #00 -09 -237 RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR THE FULL -TIME HUMAN REESOURCES MANAGER, RHONDA HERYLA WHEREAS, Rhonda Heryla was hired as a full -time Human Resources Manager for the City of Ramsey and began work on February 28, 2000, subject to a six -month probationary period; and WHEREAS, Ms. Heryla successfully completed her probationary period and her performance was documented by the City Administrator and Assistant City Administrator; and WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its September 13, 2000 meeting agreed with the staff recommendation to end the probationary period for full -time Human Resources Manager, Rhonda Heryla effective August 28, 2000. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for full -time Human Resources Manager, Rhonda Heryla, effective August 28, 2000. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec Councilmember Anderson Councilmember Hendriksen Councilmember Connolly Councilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None
