Mayor Gamec introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #00 -09 -236 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE "PROPOSED" 2001 CITY OF RAMSEY GENERAL <br />FUND OPERATING BUDGET <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the "Proposed" annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning <br />January 1, 2001 is hereby adopted for the General Fund as follows: <br />GENERAL FUND <br />Revenues: <br />Property Taxes $ 3,483,934 <br />Licenses and Permits 306,535 <br />Intergovernmental Revenues 1,159,371 <br />Charges for Services 214,585 <br />Fines and Forfeitures 50,000 <br />Other Revenues - <br />Interest Earnings 90,000 <br />Miscellaneous 0 <br />Other Financing Sources 253,503 <br />Total Revenues $ 5,557,928 <br />Operating and Capital Expenditures: <br />General Government $ 1,590,724 <br />Public Safety 2,113,457 <br />Public Works 918,539 <br />Parks and Recreation 459,344 <br />Contingency 82,226 <br />Other Financing Uses 393,638 <br />Total Operating and Capital Expenditures $ 5,557,928 <br />2) That the City Administrator /Clerk be directed to transmit a certified copy of this <br />resolution to the Anoka County Auditor's office on or before Friday September 15, 2000 <br />for the purpose of complying with Truth -In- Taxation. <br />
