• <br />• <br />Councilmember Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #00- 08 -196A <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR FULL -TIME <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT MEGAN WALD <br />WHEREAS, Megan Wald was hired as a full -time Community Development Assistant <br />for the City of Ramsey and began work on January 12, 2000, subject to a six -month probationary <br />period; and <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Wald successfully completed her probationary period and her <br />performance was documented by the Community Development Director and supervisory staff; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its August 8, 2000 meeting agreed with the <br />staff recommendation to end the probationary period for full -time Community Development <br />Assistant Megan Wald, effective July 12, 2000. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for full -time Community <br />Development Assistant Megan Wald effective July 12, 2000. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Hendriksen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Anderson <br />Councilmember Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Connolly <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />None <br />
