• <br />(the "Subject Property "); and <br />RESOLUTION #00 -08 -186 <br />g818 <br />Board Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF SAME. <br />WHEREAS, Boilermakers # 647 (Permittee) has properly applied for a variance from <br />the rear yard setback requirements in the B - Highway Business District on the property <br />generally known as 9459 Hwy. #10 N.W. and legally described as follows: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Ramsey Commercial Park, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on August 1 2000, conducted the public <br />hearing and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance from the rear lot line <br />setback on the West side. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows <br />1. Based on Findings of Fact #0529, a variance to rear yard setback requirements is hereby <br />granted for the existing building and the proposed expansion. <br />2. The proposed addition on the Subject Property shall not be located within thirty (30) feet <br />of the rear property line (west side) <br />3. The Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction. <br />No building permit shall be issued until the Permittee has signed the variance and <br />reimbursed the City for all costs incurred in processing the application. <br />4. The Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this variance. <br />
