• <br />• <br />Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #00 -07 -182 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR <br />A TEMPORARY STRUCTURE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br />WHEREAS, Amcor Precast, trade name of Oldcastle Precast, Inc. has properly applied <br />for an interim use permit for a temporary structure for the purposes of providing additional office <br />space on the property generally known as 6640 Industry Avenue N.W. and legally described as <br />follows: <br />The East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township <br />32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, except that part thereof described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of said East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter; thence South along the West line of the said East Half of the <br />Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter 409.44 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br />East at right angles 11 feet; thence South at right angles 264 feet; thence West at right <br />angles to the West line of said East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest <br />Quarter; thence North along said West line to the point of beginning. <br />( "Subject Property ") <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on July 10, 2000, conducted the public <br />hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. Based on Findings of Fact #0527, an interim use permit for continued use of the 24' x 60' <br />modular office structure is hereby granted to Amcor Precast, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Permit Holder ", at 6640 Industry Avenue N.W.: <br />2. This permit shall terminate on August 1, 2001. <br />3. The temporary structure shall comply with all applicable Building Code and Fire Code <br />regulations and standards for such structures. <br />4. The permit holder shall be responsible for maintaining a temporary structure in a manor that <br />is appropriate in appearance with the character of the area. <br />5. The Permit holder shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this interim use permit. Said expenses shall be paid within 15 days of billing by <br />the City and failure to pay the City's expenses within the 15 day billing period will permit the <br />City to draw upon any of the escrows required by this agreement for payment. Furthermore, <br />to ensure the timely removal of the temporary structure prior to the expiration date of this <br />
