Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #20-056 <br />RESOLUTION EXTENDING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL <br />FOR RIVERSTONE FOR THREE (3) YEARS <br />WHEREAS, Riverstone Development LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for <br />Preliminary Plat approval of the Property generally known as Riverstone Addition in the City of Ramsey legally <br />described as: <br />Lots 1-10, Block 1 (inclusive), <br />Lots 1-6, Block 2 (inclusive), <br />Lots 1-11, Block 3 (inclusive), <br />Lots 1-22, Block 4 (inclusive), <br />Lots 1-16, Block 5 (inclusive), <br />Lots 1-31, Block 6 (inclusive), <br />Lots 1-29, Block 7 (inclusive), <br />Lots 1-6, Block 8 (inclusive), <br />Lots 1-5, Block 9 (inclusive), <br />Lots 1-48, Block 10 (inclusive), <br />Lots 1-17, Block 11 (inclusive), <br />Lots 1-24, Block 12 (inclusive), <br />Lots 1-28, Block 13 (inclusive), <br />Lots 1-14, Block 14 (inclusive), <br />and Outlots A-H (inclusive), <br />ARiverstone Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the `Subject Property'); <br />WHEREAS, the City approved Riverstone Addition in 2017 via Resolution 17-06-144; and <br />WHEREAS, the City approved a revised preliminary plat via Resolution 20-028; and <br />WHEREAS, extends the preliminary plat approval for three (3) years from the date of this meeting. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby extends the preliminary plat approval for three (3) years from the <br />date of this approval. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />
