Based on the general condition and thickness of the existing pavement sections, WSB and <br />Associates and City Staff do not recommend completing mill and overlay improvements on these <br />street segments as proposed. It is estimated that the existing streets should remain serviceable with <br />moderate maintenance for up to 10 years. Once PASER ratings fall to 3 or less, a full -depth <br />reclamation (FDR) or reconstruction project should be completed. <br />3.2 Utilities <br />3.2.a Watermain <br />Watermain exists under all streets within the Regency Pond residential neighborhood and the <br />Business Park 95 industrial park. No improvements to the watermain is proposed in conjunction <br />with this project. <br />3.2.b Sanitary Sewer <br />Sanitary Sewer exists under all streets within the Regency Pond residential neighborhood and the <br />Business Park 95 industrial park.
