RECEIVSD <br />SEP 2 9 2000 <br />BY: <br />1520888 <br />3 a s 0(10 ei <br />Board Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #00 -07 -167 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO CONSTRUCT A <br />GARAGE NEARER THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE THAN THE PRINCIPAL <br />STRUCTURE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br />WHEREAS, Michael and Anita Kucala (Permittees) have properly applied for a variance <br />from Section 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code to construct an accessory structure nearer the <br />front property line than the principal structure on the property generally known as 15541 <br />Zirconium Street N.W and legally described as follows: <br />Lot 16, Block 2, High Point, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />( "Subject Property ") <br />AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on July 10, <br />2000, pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That based on Findings of Fact #0526, a variance to construct an accessory structure nearer <br />the front property line than the principal structure on the Subject Property is hereby granted. <br />2. This variance shall become null and void if it is not initiated within 12 months of the date of <br />approval. The Permittee may petition for an extension of time in which to complete the <br />variance. Such extension shall be requested in writing and filed with the City at least 30 days <br />before the expiration of the original variance. <br />3. That the accessory garage constructed on the subject property shall not be located any closer <br />than 205 feet from the nearest point of the street right -of -way. <br />4. That the Permittees shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction <br />of the accessory structure. <br />
