Councilmember Hendriksen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #00 -06 -165 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING 2000 SCHEDULE OF RATES, FEES AND CHARGES <br />• <br />• <br />WHEREAS, at the City Council meeting on June 27, 2000, Staff recommended <br />amendment of the Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the 2000 Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges at <br />their regular meeting on December 14, 1999; and <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges to include <br />Storm Drainage Utility rates. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges is hereby amended to include a residential <br />stone drainage utility rate of $6.30 per quarter and a Commercial/Industrial storm <br />drainage utility rate based upon Engineers calculations at $25.20/REU. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Anderson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Anderson <br />Councilmember Connolly <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey Ci y Council <br />this the 27th day of June, 2000. <br />Mayor <br />
