• • • Cc uncilmember Connolly introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #00 -06 -161 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL TO VALLEY VIEW ACRES WHEREAS, Philip Johnson hereafter referred to as "Developer ", has properly applied for final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: and The South 660 feet of the following described parcel: The East half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 32, Range 25, EXCEPT the West 60 acres thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. (5 acres) The South 660 feet of the West half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 32, Range 25, EXCEPT the East 990 feet thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. (5 acres) and That part of the West half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying West of the East 990 feet thereof and lying North of the South 660 feet thereof. and That part of the East half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying East of the West 60 acres thereof and lying North of the South 660 feet thereof. WHEREAS, the City received application for Valley View Acres on February 11, 2000; WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan on March 6, 2000; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on April 4, 2000, and recommended preliminary plat approval; and WHEREAS, park dedication requirements were set forth by the Park Commission on April 13, 2000, for a cash payment in the amount of $1,200 per lot for Lots 1, 2, and 3. The existing homestead on Lot 4 was exempted from Park Dedication requirements. WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on May 9, 2000, and approved the preliminary plat for Valley View Acres; and WHEREAS, the City received plans for final plat approval of Valley View Acres on June 12, 2000; and
