• • 1 Councilmember Hendriksen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #00 -06 -159 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL TO NORTHFORK OAKS 4th ADDITION WHEREAS, North Fork, Inc. hereafter referred to as "Developer ", has properly applied for final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: That part of Outlot C, NORTHFORK, Anoka County, Minnesota, which lies north and east of Northfork Oaks 3` Addition. ( "the Subject Property ") WHEREAS, the City received application for Northfork Oaks 2nd Addition on December 21, 1994; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on January 3, 1995, and recommended preliminary plat approval; and WHEREAS, park dedication requirements are specified in the Northfork PUD Park Dedication agreement dated February 19, 1987 and amended May 9, 1989 which establishes no park dedication due on Northfork Oaks 2nd Addition; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on January 24, 1995, and approved the preliminary plat for Northfork Oaks 2nd Addition which consisted of 37 lots; and WHEREAS, the City subsequently granted final plat approval of Northfork Oaks 2nd Addition (10 lots) and Northfork Oaks 3` Addition (21 lots) and the approved preliminary plat expired prior to final plat approval of the remaining six lots granted preliminary plat approval under Northfork Oaks 2" Addition on January 24, 1995; and WHEREAS, on February 14, 2000, the Developer submitted an application for a new preliminary plat approval of the remaining 6 lots and a replat of Lots 6 and 7, Block 1, Northfork Oaks 3rd Addition; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on March 6, 2000 and recommended preliminary plat approval; and WHEREAS, on March 28, 2000, the Ramsey City Council granted preliminary plat approval to Northfork Oaks 4`" Addition; and WHEREAS, on June 13, 2000, the Developer applied for final plat approval of Northfork Oaks 4'" Addition.
