• 6. That the Licensee shall provide the City with confirmation of current insurance coverage <br />• <br />covering outdoor sales of liquor. <br />7. That the City reserves the right to suspend or close the Music Festival prior to the <br />expiration of the License term in the event of the occurrence of a riot, major disorder, or <br />serious breach of the peace when, in the City's opinion, it becomes necessary to prevent <br />injury to a person or persons and/or damage to property and/or the health, safety and <br />welfare of the public is threatened. <br />8. That this License is not transferable or removable to another location. <br />9. That the Licensee shall provide a sufficient number of portable sanitary facilities at the Site <br />of the Music Festival and at the parking concessions capable of serving the expected <br />number of customers. <br />10. That the Licensee shall provide sufficient off - street parking. <br />11. That the Licensee shall be responsible for containing attendants of the Music Festival <br />within the Site perimeter fencing as indicated on the site plan exhibit submitted with the <br />Music Festival Proposal. <br />4111 12. That the outdoor entertainment stages shall be restricted to within the Site perimeter <br />fencing. Lighting and sound shall be arranged to deflect away from area residential uses. <br />Light sources for the entertainment stages should not be visible from T.H. #10. <br />13. That signing for the event shall be in accordance with City Code regulations for public <br />events. <br />14. That if any provision of this License shall be declared void or unenforceable, the other <br />provision shall not be affected but shall remain in full force and effect. <br />15. That this Licensee shall not be considered modified, altered, changed or amended in any <br />respect unless in writing and signed by the City. <br />16. That the Licensee shall reimburse the City for the cost of two additional police officers to <br />be on duty during the hours of the Music Festival. The expense shall be paid within fifteen <br />(15) days of billing. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution as duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Connolly and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Connolly <br />Resolution #00 -06 -158 <br />Page 3 of 5 <br />
