• <br />• <br />5I-3a-5- I a -oo' <br />Councilmember Hendriksen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #00 -06 -149 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0525 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT TO <br />EXCEED SIGN SIZE AND HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #00 -06 -148 adopting <br />Findings of Fact #0525 for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That on June 13, 2000, a Conditional Use Permit ( "CUP ") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />( "City ") to North Lake Properties Inc., a Minnesota corporation, ( "Permittee ") to exceed the sign <br />size and height restrictions on the property generally known as west of Hwy. 47 and north of <br />County Road 116 and legally described as follows: <br />Lot 2, Block 1, River /47 Plaza Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(Subject Property). <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this permit are as follows: <br />1. The Permittee is herein granted permission to erect a freestanding pylon sign with a business <br />identification sign surface area not to exceed a 210 square feet and a reader board not to <br />exceed 40 square feet. None of the individual tenant identification spaces on the pylon sign <br />shall exceed 100 square feet in size. <br />2. The freestanding pylon sign may exceed the 25 foot height restriction by a maximum of five <br />feet. <br />3. The installation of the ground sign on the Subject Property shall require a sign permit from <br />the City of Ramsey. <br />4. The sign shall be properly constructed and maintained in accordance with Section 9.12 <br />(Signs) of the Ramsey City Code. <br />5. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this Conditional Use Permit. <br />
