• <br />• <br />Councilmember Hendriksen introduced the following resolution: <br />RESOLUTION #00 -05 -128 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />AMENDMENT FOR ADDITIONAL MANUFACTURING/WAREHOUSING AREA <br />ONTO AN EXISTING BUILDING BASED UPON FINDINGS OF FACT #0521 AND <br />DECLARING TERMS OF SAME. <br />WHEREAS, Stephen J and Jeane L Franta (Permittee) has properly applied for a <br />conditional use permit (CUP) amendment on the property legally described as follows: <br />Lot 2, Block 3, Alpaca Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the "Subject Property "); and <br />360348 <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on May 2, 2000, conducted a public hearing <br />and recommended City Council approval of the request. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) Term: This CUP shall be perpetual in its duration so long as the conditions imposed <br />herein are complied with. <br />2) Site Development: The development and operation of \the 5,992 square foot <br />manufacturing /warehousing facility 1 of canvas boat covers, portable fish houses, and <br />related items be permitted on the premises. <br />3) That any new expansion or enlargement of the subject facility shall require application <br />for a new CUP. <br />4) This CUP shall be contingent upon compliance with the terms of the Site Plan <br />Development Permit issued for the approved site plan designed by John C. Weicht <br />Associates dated April 3, 2000, revised June 5, 2000. <br />5) That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this amended CUP. <br />6) The Community Development Department of the City of Ramsey (City) shall have the <br />right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, <br />upon reasonable request. In the event the Permittee is determined to be in violation of <br />any of the conditions set forth herein, the City shall give the Permittee written notice of <br />
