• <br />• <br />• <br />Councilmember Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #00 -04 -111 <br />RESOLUTON AUTHORIZING THE HIRING OF PAMELA MILLER TO HALF TIME <br />SECRETARY (MAKING HER A FULL TIME SECRETARY) <br />WHEREAS, the half time secretary position was posted internally through March 31, <br />2000; and <br />Rybak: <br />WHEREAS, Colleen Rybak resigned from her position effective March 24, 2000; and <br />WHEREAS, Pamela Miller submitted a letter of interest for the position vacated by Ms. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the Personnel <br />Committee to hire Pamela Miller for the half time secretary position vacated by Ms. Rybak <br />thereby bringing Ms. Miller to full time status effective May 1, 2000. <br />2) That in her new position as a full time secretary, Ms. Miller will be compensated at an annual <br />rate of $25,207 with two weeks of vacation and be required to complete a six month <br />probationary period. <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Connolly, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Anderson <br />Councilmember Connolly <br />Councilmember Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />And the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />And the following abstained: <br />None <br />And the following were absent: <br />None <br />
