• <br />Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #00 -04 -098 <br />A RESOLUTION ENTERING INTO COOPERATIVE CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT <br />NO. 79692 WITH THE STATE OF MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF <br />TRANSPORTATION REGARDING CONSTRUCTION OF FRONTAGE ROAD ON <br />TRUNK HIGHWAY #10 WEST OF COUNTY ROAD #56 <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA as follows: <br />1) That the City of Ramsey enter into Mn/DOT Agreement No. 79692 with the State of <br />Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes: <br />To provide for a lump sum payment by the State to the City for the State's share of the costs <br />of the trunk highway access and frontage road construction and other associated construction <br />performed on the north side of Trunk Highway No. 10 and west of County Road No. 56 <br />within the corporate City limits under State Project No. 0202 -77 (T.H. 10 =003). <br />2) That the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized to execute such agreement. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />• Connolly, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Connolly <br />Councilmember Anderson <br />Councilmember Hendriksen <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />None <br />G: \users \City Shared File\ RESOLUTI \2000resolutions \00- 04- 048.doc <br />
