• <br />Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #00 -04 -097 <br />RESOLUTION RESCHEDULING PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />#00 -27 (SANITARY SEWER AND WATERMAIN EXTENSION TO B & B CARPET <br />AND CITY WIDE DOOR CO.) <br />WHEREAS, on March 28, 2000, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #00 -03- <br />070 receiving a report prepared by City Engineer Steve Jankowski with reference to <br />Improvement Project #00 -27 (Sanitary Sewer and Watermain Extension to B & B Carpet and <br />City Wide Door Co.), and scheduling a public hearing on the matter to be held April 25, 2000; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, due to an oversight the Notice of Public Hearing was not published in the <br />official newspaper as required by law. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the public hearing on the improvement of sanitary sewer and watermain extension to B <br />& B Carpet and City Wide Door Co. (Improvement Project #00 -27) shall be rescheduled to <br />the 9 day of May, 2000, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 <br />p.m., and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br />improvement as required by law. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Connolly, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Connolly <br />Councilmember Anderson <br />Councilmember Hendriksen <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />None <br />
