• <br />for road purposes over the northerly 33 feet, thereof) and also (subject to and easement <br />for road purposes over that point of the above described property which is bound -ed by a <br />circle having a radius of 60 feet, and whose center point is at a aforementioned point A.) <br />( "Subject Property ") <br />AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on April 18, <br />2000, pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 13Y THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That based on Findings of Fact #0517, a variance to construct an accessory structure nearer <br />the front property line than the principal structure on the Subject Property is hereby granted. <br />2. This variance shall become null and void if it is not initiated within 12 months of the date of <br />approval. The Permittee may petition for an extension of time in which to complete the <br />variance. Such extension shall be requested in writing and filed with the City at least 30 days <br />before the expiration of the original variance. <br />3. That the accessory garage constructed on the subject property shall not be located any closer <br />than 210 feet from the nearest point of the street right -of -way. <br />• 4. That the Permittees shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction <br />of the accessory structure. <br />5. That the accessory structure shall be used for storage of equipment and vehicles in <br />accordance with City Code and no business activity shall be permitted within said structure, <br />unless it is done in accordance with City Code. <br />6. That the Permittees and /or property owners shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in <br />administering and enforcing this variance. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br />Wivoda, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Chairperson Leo Anderson <br />Board member Chris Dempsey <br />Board member Joe Wivoda <br />Board member William Kociscak <br />Board member Michael Nixt <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />Resolution #00 -04 -095 <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />
