The County and City agree that the -County shall pay to the City an additional Sum of <br />$1,700,000 as a lump sum payment to be used by the City for additional transportation <br />improvements in the area of the RTG (COR). Said payment to be made after this <br />amendment is fully executed and within 30 days of the County receiving an invoice from • <br />the City for that amount. <br />2. • This Amendment is hereby made a part of and shall be amended to the Agreement . <br />of the parties. <br />3. All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement shall remain in full force <br />and effect. <br />�2- <br />
