The report examines the necessity, feasibility and cost-effectiveness of <br />reconstructing the bituminous street section and completing other appurtenant improvements. <br />This Feasibility Report examines the scope of the proposed improvements, explores estimated costs and <br />available funding sources, defines a preliminary project schedule, and explores alternate designs, as well as <br />whether the improvements would best be completed separately or in conjunction with another project. <br />I would be happy to discuss this report with you at your convenience.
