The various <br />characteristics of the pavement cores were summarized to provide information to the City to <br />assist in determining the appropriate pavement maintenance or rehabilitation method for Variolite <br />Street. <br />A total of 8 pavement cores were obtained along the shoulder of Variolite Street between Alpine <br />Drive and 173rd Avenue. The locations of the pavement cores are summarized in Figure 1. A <br />summary of the pavement depths and conditions for the shoulder of the street are shown in Table <br />1. Pictures of the cores obtained can be found in the Appendix. <br />
