He provided details on COVID-19, noting that it spreads by close <br />contact with others and the best practices are to maintain social distancing and hygiene practices. <br />He stated that there is no change to the level of service provided by police and fire. He stated <br />that up to date information is posted on the City website. <br />Deputy City Administrator Gladhill stated that the City continues to field calls from the business <br />community, specifically related to essential and non -essential categories and closures. He <br />reviewed some of the administrative measures that the City has implemented to assist the <br />business community during this time. He stated that the City cannot define essential businesses <br />until an order is provided by the Governor. He advised of additional resources that staff can link <br />businesses with to provide assistance during this time. He noted that staff hopes to have a <br />website available the following day listing Ramsey businesses that are still providing <br />delivery/takeout service during this time. <br />3.
