EMERGENCY SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a special meeting on Monday, March 30, 2020, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. Meeting by <br />telephone or other electronic means in accordance with Minnesota Statute 13D.021. <br />Members Present: <br />Members Absent: <br />Also Present: <br />1. <br />Mayor John LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Nadine Heinrich <br />Councilmember Mark Kuzma <br />Councilmember Jeff Menth <br />Councilmember Debra Musgrove <br />Councilmember Chris Riley <br />Councilmember Dan Specht <br />None <br />City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br />Fire Chief Matt Kohner <br />Police Chief Jeff Katers <br />Public Works Superintendent Grant Riemer <br />Administrative Services Director Colleen Lasher <br />Deputy City Administrator Timothy Gladhill <br />City Attorney Joe Langel <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor LeTourneau called the special meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />City Administrator Ulrich advised that this meeting is being conducted by telephonic means as <br />noted, following Federal, State, and Local Declarations of Emergency. He provided information <br />on how the public can join the meeting or provide comments in other ways. <br />2. CITIZEN INPUT <br />None. <br />3.
