1. That based on Findings of Fact #0515, a Variance from the 200 -foot lot width requirement at <br />the 40 foot building attach line is hereby granted on the Subject Property as follows: <br />a) Lot 1 — 81.75 feet <br />b) Lot 2 —150 feet <br />2. That based on the Findings of Fact # 0515, a Variance from the 10 acre lot size is hereby <br />granted on the Subject property as follows: <br />a) Lot 1 - .11 acres <br />b) Lot 2 - .4 acres <br />c) Lot 3 - .21 acres <br />3. The Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction. <br />4. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this Variance. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br />Kociscak, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Chairperson Leo Anderson <br />Board Member Chris Dempsey <br />Board Member William Kociscak <br />Board Member Robert Johnson <br />Board Member Joe Wivoda <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />Board Member Michael Nixt <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this <br />the 4th day of April, 2000. <br />Resolution #00 -04 -082 <br />Page2 of 3 <br />
