• Board Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #00 -04 -079 RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT #0514 RELATING TO A REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE FROM STREET FRONTAGE OR LOT WIDTH REQUIREMENTS WHEREAS, Larry Skogquist, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant ", has properly applied for a Board of Adjustment Variance from the minimum lot width requirement established in Section 9.20.11 of the Ramsey City Code in order to construct a dwelling on the following legally described property: That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 32, Range 25 described as follows: beginning at the Northwest corner of the said Northeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter, thence east along the North Line of said Northeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter to a point 70 feet east of the West Line of said Northeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter, thence southerly parallel with said West Line 300 feet, thence westerly and parallel with said North Line to said West Line, thence northerly along said West Line to the point of beginning, except the road, subject to easement of record. -and That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 32, Range 25, described as follows: beginning at a point on the North Line of said Northeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter 650 feet west of the northeast corner thereof, thence west along said North Line 150 feet, thence south and parallel with the East Line of said Northeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter 300 feet, thence west and parallel with the said North Line 150 feet, thence south and parallel with the said East Line 150 feet, thence west and parallel with the said North Line to a point 70 feet east of the West Line of said Northeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter, thence north and parallel with said West Line to intersect with a line parallel with and 300 feet south of said North Line, thence west and parallel with said North Line to the West Line of said Northeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter, thence south along said West Line to the South Line of north 935 feet of said Northeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter (as measured along the East Line thereof), thence easterly along said South Line to the West Line of the east 650 feet of said Northeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter (as measured along said North Line), thence northerly along said West Line of the east 650 feet to the point of beginning, except the road, subject to easement of record.
