And excepting the North 150 feet of the Southeast Quarter <br />of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />AND Lot 8, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NUMBER 34, Anoka County, Minnesota; and <br />(The "Subject Property:); and <br />WHEREAS, the Anoka County PIN's for the various parcels are as follows: <br />and <br />28- 32 -25 -13 -0001 <br />28- 32 -25 -13 -0005 <br />28- 32 -25 -42 -0001 <br />28- 32 -25 -44 -0010 <br />28- 32 -25 -41 -0001 <br />WHEREAS, the property owner of the Subject Property has been identified by the City as <br />follows: <br />B.M.A. ASSOCIATES, a Minnesota Partnership <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />In order to carry out the purposes and objectives described above it is necessary to acquire the Subject <br />Property. <br />The acquisition of the following Subject Property by exercise of eminent domain in the manner <br />provided by Minnesota Statute Chapter 117 serves a public interest and is deemed to be <br />necessary. <br />The City deems it necessary for the reasons set forth above to proceed without delay under Minn. Stat. <br />§117.042 to pay to the owners or into court a sum of money to serve as compensation to the <br />owners of the Subject Property, which amount shall be equal to Petitioner's approved appraisal <br />of value as determined by the City. <br />4. That the City Administrator is hereby directed to acquire the Subject Property in accordance <br />with Minnesota Statutes. The City Administrator is authorized to negotiate and represent the <br />City of Ramsey in all proceedings. <br />5.
