<br />Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption:
<br />RESOLUTION #00 -02 -044
<br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING USE OF CITY PROPERTY FOR HIGHWAY
<br />IMPROVEMENTS TO T.H. #47, C.S.A.H. #5, AND SUNWOOD DRIVE
<br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council has prepared plans and specifications for highway
<br />projects which include SP 0206 -50, SP 02- 605 -06, and SP 199 - 104 -05; and
<br />WHEREAS, said plans and specifications for said projects require the use of certain City
<br />property and property being acquired by the City for said projects.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows:
<br />1) That the following parcels listed in Attachment A are hereby authorized for perpetual
<br />highway easement uses only:
<br />Parcel No. 1, 2, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 13, 15, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 37, 38, 40, 42 and 43.
<br />2) That the following parcels listed in Attachment A are hereby authorized for perpetual
<br />highway easement use and drainage uses only:
<br />Parcel No. 3, 6, 7, 11, 12, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, and 39.
<br />3) That the following parcels listed in Attachment A are hereby authorized for conveyance of
<br />access rights along T.H. #47 to the State of Minnesota:
<br />Parcel No. 33.
<br />4) The above - referenced parcels are authorized for roadway, drainage, and non - motorized
<br />perpetual easement purposes only as indicated in the plans for SP 0206 -50, SP 02- 605 -06,
<br />and SP 199- 104 -05.
<br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember
<br />Hendriksen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
