AND <br />EXHIBIT A <br />PARCEL 4 <br />A perpetual easement for roadway and utility purposes over, under, across and through part of the <br />following described property: <br />That part of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of section 25, Township 32, Range 25, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota lying westerly of the centerline of Trunk Highway No. 47 <br />(AKA St. Francis Boulevard Northwest) and lying southerly of the following described <br />line: Beginning at a point on said centerline distant 1,083 feet northerly of the south line <br />of said Northwest Quarter (as measured along said centerline); thence westerly parallel <br />with said south line to the west line of said East Half of Northwest Quarter and there <br />terminating. Except that part described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of <br />the above described tract; thence westerly parallel with the south line of said Northwest <br />Quarter and along the north line of said tract 417.19 feet to a point on said north line <br />distant 471.45 feet easterly of the west line thereof (as measured along said north line); <br />thence southerly at a right angle 266.0 feet; thence easterly at a right angle 469.83 feet to <br />said centerline; thence northerly along said centerline to the point of beginning.
