• <br />5. The Permittees shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br />this Permit. Said expenses shall be paid within 15 days of billing by the City and failure to <br />pay the City's expenses within the 15 day billing period will permit the City to draw upon <br />any of the escrows required by this agreement for payment. <br />6. The City Administrator and /or his/her designee shall have the right to inspect the premises <br />for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time upon reasonable request. <br />7. The City shall record this Permit in the office of the Anoka County Recorder and the <br />Permittee agrees that the terms and provisions of this Permit shall run with the land and shall <br />bind the Permittee, its successor and assigns. <br />8.
