• <br />Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #00 -02 -035 <br />RESOLUTION OBTAINING THE CONSULTING SERVICES OF LEONARD LEVINE <br />PERTAINING TO TRUNK HIGHWAY 47 <br />WHEREAS, on December 14, 1999, The City Council authorized the execution of an <br />agreement with Leonard Levine to provide consulting services on Trunk Highway 47 <br />WHEREAS, a $3,500 non - refundable fee with a sunset date of January 1, 2000 was <br />established; and <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Levine has performed the services contracted for in December 1999; <br />WHEREAS, the City would like to utilize the services of Mr. Levine for an additional <br />period of time; and <br />WHEREAS, an additional fee of $3,500 is requested as compensation; and <br />• WHEREAS, funding for the additional contracted services will be paid from the Public <br />Improvement Revolving Fund. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) The City Council hereby authorizes the payment of $3,500 to Mr. Leonard Levine for <br />additional services provided on the Trunk Highway 47 project, with funding to be provided <br />by the Public Improvement Revolving Fund. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Connolly, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Connolly <br />Councilmember Anderson <br />Councilmember Hendriksen <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />
