• • Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #00 -02 -033 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #99 -12 (BITUMINOUS PAVING OF IGUANA STREET FROM 153 AVENUE TO 151 LANE) WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution #00 -01 -002 adopted by Ramsey City Council on January 11, 2000, a report has been prepared by Steve Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to Improvement Project #99 -12 (Bituminous Paving of Iguana Street from 153 Avenue to 151 Lane); and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 8, 2000, which indicates the following: Estimated total cost of the project $32,104 Estimated total assessment $ 3,379 Estimated assessment per unit $ 503 (10 year term) NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvement of bituminous paving of Iguana Street from 153 Avenue to 151 Lane in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated cost of $32,104. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 22 day of February, 2000, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m., and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Connolly, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec Councilmember Zimmerman Councilmember Connolly Councilmember Anderson Councilmember Hendriksen
