• Councilmember Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #00 -01 -027 RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SECRETARY TARA OLSON WHEREAS, Tara Olson began employment at the City of Ramsey on March 15, 1999, as Community Development Secretary; and WHEREAS, Ms. Olson's supervisors have provided a satisfactory employee performance appraisal for Tara Olson, and recommended retaining Ms. Olson at the City of Ramsey as a regular, full -time employee, effective September 15, 1999; and WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its January 25, 2000 meeting, agreed with the recommendation to retain Tara Olson as a regular, full -time employee, effective September 15, 1999. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Tara Olson and change her status to a regular, full -time employee, effective September 15, 1999. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmember Anderson Councilmember Hendriksen Councilmember Connolly Councilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: Mayor Gamec
