Public safety should focus upon preventative measures as well as enforcement by including <br />support for programs on literacy, child abuse, youtt~, dysfunctional families and substance <br />abuse. Likewise, our fire safety efforts should emphasize fire prevention and proper <br />handling of hazardous materials. <br /> <br />Environmentally we need to continue the many programs that we have and just say no to <br />pollution. <br /> <br />I hope my dreams for Ramsey can be yours as we "work together". <br /> <br /> <br />
