NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WItOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 1, 1990 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. The purpose of the hearing is to consider North Fork, Inc.'s request for preliminary concept approval (plat approval) of the proposed Northfork 5th Addition. The proposed plat consists of approximately 450 acres and is proposed to be developed with one hundred nineteen (119) residential lots. The property is legally described as follows: A parcel of land located in Sections 18, 19 and 20, all in Township 32 North, Range 25 West, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota.
