Request for pre-final plat approval of Trott Brook Ponds P.U.D.; case of Gerald <br />Bauer. <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the regular meeting back to order at 7:50 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to approve <br />the following: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Planning and Zoning Commission public hearing and regular meeting minutes dated <br />March 6, 1990, with the following correction: <br /> <br />Regular minutes - page 5 - Case #4 - 1st paragraph - amend to indicate that <br />Commissioner Deemer is intending to purchase, versus has purchased, a small <br />parcel of land from the developer of Wood Pond Hills. <br /> <br />City Council/Planning and Zoning Commission/Economic Development <br />Commission/Park and Recreation Commission special joint meeting minutes dated <br />March 21, 1990. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Deemer, Bawden, <br />Hendriksen and LaDue. Abstain: Commissioner Terry.
