196 <br />Central Anoka County Regional Trail - Pending Alternative Alignment <br />Anoka County Parks & Recreation has submitted to Metropolitan Council, a Master Plan <br />Amendment for the realignment of the Central Anoka County Regional Trail. This amendment is <br />located between Ramsey Boulevard and Center Street and connects to the Northstar Commuter Rail <br />station and future grade separated pedestrian crossing of Highway 10, for a safe, direct, and multi - <br />modal connection to the Mississippi River Regional Trail, and Mississippi West Regional Park. <br />The realignment in Ramsey is needed as, presently the City of Ramsey has limited access to the <br />Mississippi River and Mississippi West Regional Park because Highway 10 is a significant barrier <br />for bicycle and pedestrian access.
