<br />Table HA-2 shows the maximum rents by household size and AMI based on income limits illus-
<br />trated in Table HA-1. The rents on Table HA-2 are based on HUD's allocation that monthly rents
<br />should not exceed 30% of income. In addition, the table reflects maximum household size
<br />based on HUD guidelines of number of persons per unit. For each additional bedroom, the
<br />maximum household size increases by two persons.
