Travel Demand Management (TDM) <br />Definition: Travel demand management (TDM) provides residents/commuters of the Twin Cities Metro <br />Area with greater choices and options regarding how to travel in and throughout the region. Projects <br />should reduce the congestion and emissions during the peak period.
