Mayor LeTourneau aye <br />Councilmember Riley aye <br />Councilmember Menth aye <br />Councilmember Heinrich aye <br />Councilmember Kuzma aye <br />Councilmember Specht aye <br />Councilmember Musgrove aye <br />Motion carried. <br />The public hearing was closed at 7:34 p.m. <br />Council Business <br />Councilmember Menth asked if staff received comments from existing businesses related to the <br />size of the sign. <br />Deputy City Administrator Gladhill stated that he is not aware of any comments related to the <br />revised sign proposed. <br />Councilmember Musgrove asked if the business owner is satisfied with the revised sign proposal. <br />Deputy City Administrator Gladhill stated that clearly the developer preferred the original <br />request but understands the City's regulations and found this to be an acceptable compromise. <br />Motion by Councilmember Musgrove, seconded by Councilmember Riley, to Adopt Resolution <br />#20-070 Approving the Issuance of a Conditional Use Permit to Allow an Oversized Ground <br />Sign on the Property Located at 7990 Sunwood Drive NW and Declaring Terms of Same. <br />Further discussion: Mayor LeTourneau echoed the comments of thanks to staff and the Planning <br />Commission. <br />A roll call vote was performed by the City Administrator: <br />Mayor LeTourneau aye <br />Councilmember Riley aye <br />Councilmember Menth aye <br />Councilmember Heinrich aye <br />Councilmember Kuzma aye <br />Councilmember Specht aye <br />Councilmember Musgrove aye <br />Motion carried. <br />City Council / April 14, 2020 <br />Page 7 of 15 <br />
