Councilmember __ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #05-04-XXX RESOI,UTION APPROVING 2N~) PARTIAL PAYMENT TO W.B. MILLER INC. FOR I.P. #04-31 WATERMAIN EXTENSION TO WELL NO 6 - WHEREAS, on August 10, 2004, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #04-08- 209 attthorizing plans and specifications for the above referenced work; and WHEREAS, on September 13, 2004, the Ramsey City Council awarded the contract for [P I~04.-31 to WB Miller Inc. in the amount of $85,942.50. WHEREAS, Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and recommends 1st partial payment to W.B. Miller in the amount of $16,650.65. WHEREAS, Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected ;the completed work and recommends 2"¢1 partial payment to W.B. Miller in the amount of $23,629.35. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMS EY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: l) 4) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial, payment to WB Miller Inc. for Improvement Project #04-31 in the amount of $23,629.35. That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills For the date of April 26, 2005. That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
