0.-lO Councilmember __ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #05-04-XXX RESOLUTION APPROVING 3m) PARTIAL PAYMENT TO E.H. RENNER & SONS FOR l.P. #04-21 WELL NO 6 (RTC) WHEREAS, on August 10, 2004, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #04-08- 208 authorizing plans and specifications for the above referenced work; and WHEREAS, on September 13, 2004, the Ramsey City Council awarded the contract for [P #04-21 to E.H. Renner & Sons in the amount of $318,322.00; and WHEREAS, Principal recommends partial payment to WHEREAS, Principal recommends partial payment to WHEREAS, Principal recommends partial payment to Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and E.H. Renner & Sons in the amount of $46,563.39. Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and E.H. Renner & Sons in the amount of $22,899.94. Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the Completed work and E.H. Renner & Sons in the amount of $43,050.57. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 1L4MSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 4) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to E.H. Renner & Sons for Improvement Project #04-21 in the amount of $43,050.57. That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. That the total amount of this payment is not included in reSolutions approving payment of bills for the date of April 26, 2005. That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will b6 provided a signed copy of this resolution.
