CASE # <br /> <br />ADOPT ORDINANCE TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY <br />FROM R-2 MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO PUD; <br />CASE OF BRIGHTKEYS, INC. <br /> By: Amy Geisler, Associate Planner <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Brightkcys, Inc. has requested that the City consider rezoning a portion of their property from R-2 Medium <br />Density Residential to Planned Unit Development (PUD) in order to allow for a combination of single-family <br />lots and towahomes and lot standard deviations, as a part of Town Center Gardens 3rd Addition. <br /> <br />Thc ti~llowing items are enclosed for your information: <br /> <br />a) Site location map <br />b) Preliminary Plat of Town Center Gardens 3rd Addition <br />c) l~roposed Ordinance <br /> <br />Notitication: <br /> <br />State statute requires that property owners within 350 feet of the subject property be notified of the public <br />hearing. Notice was sent out to property owners within 700 feet of the Subject Property. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />OD MalFct} ~,rd <br /> .> , thc Planning Commission held a public hearing and recommended approval of the request. On <br />April 12,h, thc City Council introduced the ordinance.
