Dir. <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />ri'lac 'l'own Center TC-2 sub-district zoning regulations allow for gasoline sales as an accessory <br />usc tO a permitted use provided certain conditions can be met. One condition is that the number <br />of' lhcl islands is limited to 3, with a maximum of six individual dispensers. Coborn's has <br />applied lbra zoning amendment to increase the number of fuel islands allowed from 3 to 4. <br /> <br />Notification: <br /> <br />'l'lac April 7 public hearing, conducted by the Planning Commission, regarding the requested <br />amendment was properly notified in accordance with state statutes. <br /> <br />Obserwttions: <br /> <br />On April 7, The Planning Commission recommended approval of the zoning amendment.
