He stated there is <br />mom by the building where there is a wall' to park vehicles, but there is no tar there now, <br />indicating he has not had time to install ~t since the pole building was built last fall. <br /> <br />Mr. Vitleneuve stated at one time in his life he worked for Leroy Sign Company, and he knows <br />what it takes to build si[ms. He indicated that work does not go with a residential area. <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Levine to close the public hearing at <br />7:37 p.~n. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Levine, Brauer, Shepherd', Van <br />Scoy, and Watson. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Johnson. <br /> <br />Commission Business <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt stated he does not want to put a company out of business, and is inclined to <br />give them a six month Interim Use Permit to give them time to relocate.
